Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to Paddington station and within walking distance of Hyde Park. The rooms were modern but could have been cleaner and more organized in terms of housekeeping. The service staff, especially Usuf and Carla, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The dining options were good, albeit a bit pricey, and the local organic products were a nice touch.
The hotel is situated very centrally within Paddington, offering a great view and a big window in the room. The room was spacious, fully equipped with a functional kitchenette, and had good facilities. However, the dining experience was not ideal due to freezing conditions on the settee. The service was excellent, especially with Carla going above and beyond to assist us when we left our passports behind. The location was superb, just a short walk from London Paddington and other transport options. The hotel offers hot, freshly prepared dining options and provides good value for money. The facilities were well-maintained and included additional features like the lockside area. However, the pricing was slightly on the higher side.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, perfect for a weekend getaway in London, and even came with a brolly for those rainy days which I greatly appreciated during London's wet winter. They were well equipped with extra bedding, a dishwasher, and furnished with top-quality appliances from brands like Smeg and Grohe. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very attentive, welcoming, and full of great energy. The location was super convenient, within walking distance to Oxford Street and the West End, close to Edgeware Road Station, and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The dining experience offered good value for money, and the facilities were impressive overall.
The hotel is in a strategic location with great transport links and is part of a smart new development area. The rooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with all the essential tech, but may feel a bit tight for three guests due to the need to pull out the couch. The service is attentive, especially from staff members Carla, Nelli, and Mohib, although it can be slow at times. The dining experience is pleasant, offering good value for money, and it's advisable to arrive early during peak times. The hotel boasts a tranquil environment but remains conveniently close to key stations for easy commuting around London.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, but not ideal for three adults. The service was accommodating and obliging, although we faced some initial availability issues. The location was convenient for exploring London but lacked some specific amenities. The dining experience was good but could offer more variety for self-serve apartments.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms had everything I wanted out of a studio, they were light and airy, nice and clean with excellent facilities, and had an amazing view. The staff was exceptional, very friendly, and helpful, especially Yosef who was very supportive. The location was great, less than 10 minutes walking to Paddington station, fully furnished with all necessary amenities, newly built with lots of nearby restaurants and shops, and just a couple of minutes walk from Edgware Road tube station. The dining could be improved a bit but was appreciated considering they are self-serve apartments. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor downsides.
During my 3-week holiday in the UK, the hotel provided urban views and a convenient location, although the room wasn't ready on time. The service, especially from Tommaso, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location was great for transportation and easy access to attractions, while the dining experience was satisfactory.
The hotel is located within Paddington and other popular places around, offering spacious rooms with good facilities and a functional kitchenette. Despite being close to a main road, the room was quiet. However, our initial room wasn't ready, requiring a change for the evening due to a booked activity.
The hotel was truly a home away from home, providing an amazing and comfortable stay for our family of four. The massive windows on the 13th floor offered breathtaking views, making our experience very much like a cozy retreat. However, the dining options were limited, and the value for money could be better.
The hotel offers clean and modern rooms with great facilities, though they may feel a bit small when using the sofa bed for children. The service is amazing and attentive, with friendly and personable staff. The location is a brilliant base for exploring London, close to Hyde Park and tube stations. The dining experience is good value, though with room for improvement, and the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel offers great views and comfortable, albeit slightly tight rooms, at a very reasonable price. The service is exceptional, with a staff that goes above and beyond to accommodate requests. The location is excellent, close to public transportation and key attractions, though not in a particularly trendy area. The dining options are nice, especially if you pre-order, and the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel is a modern construction with fully automated features, creating an airy atmosphere inside. It had all the essentials for a great stay, but it's a bit small for three people due to the need to pull out the couch.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious, immaculate, and comfortable, with little treats and milk provided. The view from the 13th floor through the massive window was amazing. The only downside was that the room wasn't ready on time due to housekeeping still being busy.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were well equipped and even had extra bedding and a dishwasher. The housekeeping staff always greeted me with a smile and a warm hello. However, the apartment felt a bit small for three people as we had to pull out the couch. Next time, I would opt for a bigger room.
The hotel is located beautifully within zone 1, close to the underground and lovely surroundings. The rooms are quiet, clean, and cozy, although a bit small if using the sofa bed for children. The service was exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff. The dining experience was busy but the sandwiches were tasty. The location near Paddington station is convenient, and there are shops nearby. The facilities are well maintained, but getting a seat during busy holiday periods can be a challenge.
